Your subscription to www.businessadvantagepng.com, a service provided by Business Advantage International (ABN 95 121 161 126) of Level 20, 30 Queen Street, Melbourne, Victoria 300, Australia (hereafter referred to as BAI), is governed by the following terms and conditions. In subscribing to the service, you are agreeing to accept these conditions in full.

1. YOUR SUBSCRIPTION

1.1       Your subscription provides you with full access to articles on businessadvantagepng.com on an ongoing basis while the subscription is valid. It also entitles you to special offers that may be offered to our subscribers from time to time.

1.2.      In order to have a valid subscription, you need to create, or authorise us to create for you, an online account with BAI. The username and password associated with your account must not be shared with, or used by, any other party. Your login is valid for a maximum of two concurrent sessions (eg desktop and mobile/tablet) only.

1.3.      We reserve the right to cancel your subscription at any time without a refund if any misuse of your login details is detected or suspected.

2. PROCESSING AND PAYMENT

2.1.   No subscription is valid until paid by you for in advance, either by credit card, or by EFTPOS/cheque on receipt of BAI’s invoice. We will endeavor to process your subscription purchase as promptly as possible.

2.2.   If your initial payment authorisation is revoked, your subscription will be terminated. We reserve the right to reject any subscription order at any time.

2.3.   Your subscription will renew automatically after 12 months unless you cancel according to our cancellation policy.

2.4.   You commit to providing valid payment details, and ensure that your payment details are up-to-date. You can manage these online through your online account, or by contacting subs@businessadvantageinternational.com.

2.6. All payments to BAI are non-refundable unless the service cannot be delivered due an ongoing fault in the service.

3. PRICING

3.1  When you purchase a subscription, you agree to pay the price stated at the time of your order. You also agree to the billing frequency specified at the time of your order.

3.2 BAI reserves the right to change the prices and fees at any time.

4. THIRD PARTY FEES AND CHARGES

4.1 When you use your subscription, you may incur other additional changes, such as telecommunications fees, data charges or internet service provider fees. You are responsible for paying all these additional charges.

5. PROMOTIONS

5.1 BAI reserves the right from time to time to offer special promotions and other offers to our subscribers, both from ourselves and also our commercial partners.

6. MANAGING YOUR SUBSCRIPTION

6.1 Once logged in, you can manage your account and personal details online at https://www.businessadvantagepng.com/my-account/.

7. CANCELLATIONS

7.1 You can cancel your subscription at any time by contacting BAI at subs@businessadvantageinternatonal.com, or by ringing +61 3 9111 0044.

7.2 Your subscription is non-refundable and will expire at the next renewal date following your cancellation request. You must notify us of cancellation at least 72 hours before your next billing date, otherwise we may not be able to stop your next payment from being deducted.

7.3 BAI reserves the right to suspend or cancel your subscription at any time in its absolute discretion.

8. CHANGES TO THE SERVICE

8.1 BAI reserves the right to modify the content, inclusions, type and availability of this service at any time.

8.2 We reserve the right under special circumstances to enable free access to our subscriber content for a limited period of time. During this time subscribers will not be eligible for a refund.

8.3 If this service is temporarily unavailable, you will not automatically be entitled to receive a refund. We reserve the right to issues refunds or credits at our sole discretion. If we issue a refund or credit, we are under no obligation to issue the same or similar refund in the future.

9. PRIVACY

9. 1 You agree that your name, address, position title, email address,, associated organisation or company name, and mobile/telephone number will be collected and stored by BAI and used for the purpose of managing your subscription, communicating with you about your subscription and to notify you of any associated customer offers or benefits or future subscriptions.

9.2 BAI agrees to protect your data as per our privacy policy.

9.3 BAI will not release or sell your personal data to any third party.

10. DISCLAIMERS

10.1 Any errors you make in entering your contact information and order details are your responsibility and BAI is not liable for any consequences that may arise as a result of such errors or incorrect information.

10.2 To the extent permitted by law, BAI is not liable to you for any loss or damage incurred by you in connection with your subscription, whether direct, consequential, special, indirect or other loss or damage. In any event, BAI’s maximum liability to you is limited to the value of the subscription fees paid within the previous twelve months.

11. COPYRIGHT

11.1 All content provided to you under your subscription, unless where otherwise stated, is the copyright of BAI. As a subscriber, you are entitled to access the content for your personal use only and for no other purpose. No permission is granted for you to re-publish or distribute the content to third parties. Except under the fair dealing provisions of the Australian Copyright Act 1968 (and as amended), you may not reproduce any part of it for any purpose without the written permission of BAI.

11.2 BAI reserves the right to protect its copyright, and the copyright of its contributors, to the full extent of the law.

12. GENERAL

12.1  You agree that all subscriptions provided, benefits accepted or offers made by BAI shall be deemed to be provided in Australia, notwithstanding your location, and the terms of such subscriptions, benefits and offers shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Victoria in Australia.

12.2  These terms and conditions may be modified by BAI from time to time, including but not limited to terms relating to fees and charges, cancellation and modifying your subscription.

12.3 You acknowledge and agree that you are entitled to purchase a subscription from BAI for personal or business use only. You agree and acknowledge that subscriptions cannot be exploited for any commercial purpose, including on-selling your subscription to any third party.
