Oil Search Directors re-elected, Managing Director at PNG Ports, confirmation  of Managing Director of the PNG Forest Authority, new French Overseas Territories Minister, new role at Business Advantage International.

Shareholders have re-elected Gerea Aopi, Melchior Togolo, and Sir Kostas Constantinou as Directors of the Oil Search Board at the Annual General Meeting, earlier this month.

The National Executive Council has appointed Stanley Alphonse as the Managing Director for PNG Ports Corporation for three years. He has been CEO since 2012, and his appointment follows a management structure being put in place by the parent company, Kumul Consolidated Holdings.

The National Executive Council has confirmed Tunou Sabuin as  the Managing Director of the PNG Forest Authority after acting in the position for nine months.

New French President, Emmanuel Macron, has appointed Annick Girardin, as his new French Overseas Territories Minister. She will oversee the process for New Caledonia to exit the 1998 Noumea Accord and hold an independence referendum by next year.
