MiBank appoints a new Chairman, Papua New Guinean appointed to head up the Parties to Nauru Agreement
The board of Nationwide Microbank (MiBank) has appointed Wayne Dorgan as its new Chairman. Dorgan is replacing Ray Clark who is required to step down as Chairman under the Central Bank’s new Prudential Standards on Corporate Governance.

The Deputy Managing Director of Papua New Guinea’s National Fisheries Authority, Ludwig Kumoru, has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer of the Parties to the Nauru Agreement, from August 2016. He takes over from outgoing CEO Dr Transform Aqorau.
