Andrew Baing has been appointed as the new Chairman of Kumul Petroleum Holdings Limited (KPHL) for a three-year term. Baing replaces Moi Avei, who retired from the KPHL board in October last year.

Nautilus Minerals has designated Glenn Withers as its Managing Director.

Chief Executive Officer Imelda Agon has signed a five-year contract with the National Gaming and Control Board.

Ray Paul, PNG Customs Chief Commissioner, has been reappointed. His contract is for five years.
