A new Managing Director of Kumul Consolidated Holdings has been appointed. Darren Young replaces Thomas Abe, who was appointed in February, 2017.

Digicel has appointed Portuguese national Valde Ferradaz as its new PNG CEO. Ferradez has been with Digicel for a year after working in South Africa, the United Kingdom, and Romania. He replaces Brett Goschen.

K92 Mining has announced the appointments of Chris Muller, as Vice-President, Exploration, and Gavin Ferguson as Senior Vice-President, Operations.

Nautilus Minerals reports Mark Horn has resigned as a director and that he will lead Deep Sea Mining Finance Ltd., a recently formed joint-venture between the two major shareholders of Nautilus-Metalloinvest Holding (Cyprus) Ltd., and MB Holding Company.

The Association of Foresters of Papua New Guinea has appointed a new executive. Ken Mondial has been appointed President; Robert Kiapranis is the new Vice-President; Michael Poesi is the new Secretary and Elizabeth Kaidong as Treasurer.
