Seabed exploration and mining company Nautilus Minerals has announced that chairman Geoff Loudon is retiring and will not stand for re-election at the Annual General Meeting. He was Chairman of the board of directors since the company listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange in 2006, and prior to that was a founding investor.
