New Britain Palm Oil has announced the appointment of Ernie Gangloff as an independent non-executive director. Gangloff will become chairman of the audit committee.

InterOil has appointed Jon Ozturgut as its Chief Operating Officer and Mr. Donald Spector as Chief Financial Officer. Ozturgut replaces William J. Jasper III, who is retiring. Spector replaces Collin Visaggio and will oversee InterOil’s investor relations team.

The Australian Government has appointed David Knapton as its Senior Trade Commissioner in Port Moresby, to replace Kevan Dacey. Knapton was previously Trade Manager, Advanced Manufacturing, with Austrade.

Sarah Dunn has taken up the position of Chief Executive Officer of ANZ Bank Cook Islands, replacing David Dennis, who concluded his four-year term in December 2013. Dunn was formerly General Manager, Clients with the ANZ Trustees business in Melbourne.

The Solomon Island Visitors Bureau has appointed Josefa Tuamoto as its new CEO. Tuamoto is Tourism Fiji’s former chief executive.
