The board of the newly-established state-owned enterprise, PNG Dataco, will be chaired by accountant Reuben Kautu. Its Managing Director will be Paul Komboi, previously Deputy Chief Operating Officer at Independent Public Business Corporation

South Africa-based miner, Harmony Gold, has appointed Alwyn Pretorius as Chief Operating Officer. He replaces Tom Smith, who has resigned to pursue other business interests.
