A new senior appointment at the ANZ, Santos appoints VP to manage non-core assets, Nautilus board member resigns, promotion for Digicel PNG’s Marketing Manager.

ANZ PNG has appointed Mark Ellul as its new Executive Director for Institutional Banking. He replaces Mark Dawson. Ellul joined ANZ in 2014 and his previous roles include Head of Credit, ANZ Pacific; Chief Risk Officer, ANZ Fiji, and Deputy Risk Officer for the Pacific.

Santos has appointed Bruce Clement as Vice President to run its new, Sydney-based, standalone business comprising all non-core assets. Clement was previously Chief Executive Officer of AWE Limited.

Nautilus Minerals has announced the resignation of board member, Cynthia Thomas. She served on the board for six years. Remaining board members are: Russell Debney (Chairman and Non-Executive Director), Dr Mohammed Al Barwani (Non-Executive Director), Mark Horn (Non-Executive Director), Tariq Al Barwani (Non-Executive Director).

Digicel PNG’s Marketing Director Lorna McPherson has taken up a promotion as Head of Market Operations and Communications with Digicel for Caribbean and Central America, based in St Lucia.
