Job Description:
New Britain Palm Oil Limited (NBPOL) is a large-scale integrated and leading industrial producer of sustainable palm oil in Papua New Guinea and Solomon Islands. We are looking for a qualified and suitable talent to join our Security Team at Higaturu Oil Palms, Popondetta, Northern Province.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement security policies and procedures to safeguard company assets, personnel, and property.
- Oversee and manage security personnel, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation.
- Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and recommend improvements.
Requirements
- Diploma in Business Administration or Safety
- Former Police officer or Defence Personal
- Proven experience (5+ years) in security management, preferably in a similar industry plantation setting
