National Finance Ltd is seeking an experienced and qualified individual to fill the role of the Sales Manager, based at their Port Moresby Office.
Responsibilities:
- Work with the GM Operations and Operations Managers to achieve sales targets, improve loan quality, improve customer service and build a rapport with key stakeholders in both Government and Private Sectors in Port Moresby.
- Implement new Employer Agreements with specific private companies.
- Manage and motivate the sales staff to achieve individual and teams’ overall sales performance;
Requirements:
- Minimum of five (5) years’ experience as a Supervisor or Manager;
- Minimum of five (5) years’ sales experience;
- Experience in the financial services industry will be favourably considered;
