Digicel Pacific is seeking an experienced and qualified individual to fill the role of the General Manager – Risk & Compliance, to be based at their Port Moresby Office.
Responsibilities:
- Fulfils Procurement Master Plan to secure timely and efficient execution of procurement strategies in the assigned categories.
- Arranges ongoing market research to secure efficient competition in the assigned categories. Keeps Vendors’ master data updated.
- Communicates with internal customers to ensure that demands submitted to Procurement are timely, clear, and consistent.
Requirements:
- 3+ years’ experience in source-to-contract Procurement operations (must), contracting experience (must).
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain management, logistics, or a related field.
- Understanding of enterprise economics, TCO concept and knowledge of the pricing models
