PNGJobSeek’s client is looking for an experienced Principal Recipient Partners Manager with proven experience to fill their vacancy.

Job Description:

This position is based at the RAM office but s/he will work very closely under the guidance of the program manager of the National Malaria Control Program (NMCP). Coordination of malaria program activities across PNG and improvement of malaria data quality are two core deliverables of this position.

Responsibilities:

• Support and coordinate IMR and NMCP program activities from the front that include Malaria Indicator Survey (IMR) and Therapeutic Efficacy study (NMCP).
• Visit RAM commodity distributions program (RDT, ACT, PQ and ANC nets) on regular basis.
• Lead the continuous quality improvement (CQI) initiatives across PNG provinces in coordination with NMCP and RAM focal points.

Requirements:

• Tertiary level education e.g. Masters degree in public health with at least 7 years’ experience in PNG health programs
• Must have a strong but diplomatic approach to manage partners
• Must be an excellent communicator with a proven record of being able to manage multiple stakeholders in different environments
