As a senior member of the Human Resources Section, the Learning and Development Manager will coordinate delivery of training and staff development activities for staff at the Australian High Commission (AHC) in Port Moresby, the Australian Consulate-General in Lae, and Australian Office in Buka.

  • Degree qualifications in Human Resources Management, learning and development or a relevant field.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in HR and relevant experience in learning and development.
  • Strategic thinker who is energetic, driven and innovative with high ethical standards, integrity and commitment.
