Tetra Tech International Development wants to hire a human resources professional to support the business and increase performance.

The Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP), PNG reports to the Deputy Head of Operations serves as a consultant to management and the teams on HR-related practices and compliance with relevant local legislation.

Responsibilities

• Support business leaders through coaching, crisis management and strategic partnering
• Ensure all compliance obligations are met for PNG-based appointments
• Work with project leaders to improve employee engagement and team performance

Requirements

• A degree in Human Resources Management, Business or related field, or a combination of equivalent experience and training.
• Over 5 years of demonstrated experience in HR, administration and/or business operations in a high-volume, complex environment

• A solid working knowledge, understanding and application of PNG employment legislation and multiple human resource disciplines including remuneration structures, employment law compliance, etc
