We are looking for suitably qualified candidates who will take on the role of Highlands Regional Manager. The Highlands Regional Manager is responsible for leading and managing the sales team within HHL’s Highlands region, driving revenue growth, and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share in the assigned region.
• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback.
• Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for the region and individual team members.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. MBA or equivalent is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Regional Sales Manager or in a similar sales leadership role, preferably within the industry or related field.
