Job Description
Comrade Trustee Services Limited (CTSL), as Trustee for the Defence Force Retirement Benefit Fund (DFRBF), is seeking a highly skilled and driven individual to join the leadership team as General Manager – Risk & Compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the role of the General Manager – Risk & Compliance is to:
- Develop, implement, and oversee the enterprise-wide risk management framework, policies, and procedures.
- Lead the compliance function to ensure adherence to regulatory and statutory requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Compliance, Business, Law, or a related field. Postgraduate qualifications or certifications in Risk and Compliance (e.g., CRM, FRM) would be an advantage.
- A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in a senior Risk & Compliance role, preferably within the financial services or superannuation sectors.
- Strong knowledge of risk management frameworks, regulatory compliance, and industry standards.
