PNGJobSeek’s client is looking for an experienced Finance Executive with proven experience to fill their vacancy.

Job Description:

Reporting to the Finance Manager, the incumbent will safeguard cash and stocks; make certain banking/Cellmoni cash-in is done daily by Sales team with reconciliations; PC and Sales Opex acquittals are submitted to Treasury and SSC Fiji for review and posting on a weekly basis and consistently report consignment report to Finance for MTD sales movement.

Responsibilities:

• Reconcile daily roadshow stocks and cash by reviewing opening stock and sales vs closing returned stock. Further review against expected sales and any variances to be flagged on immediately to the general manager;
• Flag long outstanding roadshow stocks to GM and ensure no additional stocks are issued to CEs until all outstanding stocks are fully reconciled.
• Cash-in with Cellmoni and/or bank daily takings from roadshow sales and cash-signed cheques;

Requirements:

• Degree/diploma in business, accounting or a related field;
• At least 1 years’ experience in a similar role;
• Good communication and customer service skills;
