Trukai Industries Limited is in need of a Communications Executive to join our Sales and Marketing team.

This position is based in Port Moresby and will report directly to Communications and Innovation Manager. The successful applicant will assist the Communications and Innovation Manager in the implementation of integrated multi – channel communication strategies efficiently and effectively, oversee the accurate collecting, compiling and recording of all data required for, implementation of communications schedules per plan.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure all communications database are up to date and accurate
• Obtain all necessary quotes for costing reviews and comparisons, per campaign requirements and communication strategy set out by the management
• Ensure all communication campaigns being executed as paid for by necessary suppliers by providing proof of execution reports
• Do communication research and manage the preparation and execution of content calenders for social media sites and Trukai’s website, per the plans set out buy the manager
• Prepare and update communication contracts

Key requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Marketing or Business Management
• More than 3 years’ experience in similar role
• Highly experience in managing digital marketing platforms
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Extremely professional in dealing with internal & external stakeholders
