Air Niugini is now looking for an accomplished executive to join its Leadership Team as the Chief Legal Officer (CLO), based at their Port Moresby Office.
Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic legal counsel on business decisions, contracts, and governance.
- Oversee compliance with relevant aviation and corporate laws.
- Manage ANL contracts, transactions, and legal risks.
Requirements:
- Tertiary qualifications in Law
- Post graduate qualifications are an advantage and preferred.
- Admission to practice law in Papua New Guinea or a Commonwealth jurisdiction
