Headhunter’s client, National Development Bank Ltd (NDB), is looking to appoint a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead the organization through its next phase of growth. The position will be based at NDB’s Head Office in Port Moresby.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the strategic plan
- Strategic oversight of banks’:
- Commercial and Agriculture Lending facility
- Accounting & financial service unit
- Human Resources, IT and Administration function.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Finance, Banking, Business and or Management. *Additional Post Graduate qualifications are desirable.
- Be eligible for membership to the Papua New Guinea Institute of Directors.
- Specialized training in Commercial banking and in particular lending.
- 10+ years in service management in Banking & Finance, with exposure in financial services and commerce.
