Kumul Mineral Holdings Ltd (KMHL) is now inviting and encouraging exceptional candidates to apply for the role of Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) to join their Executive Leadership Team.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Provide commercial & financial advice on deal structure.
- Direction: Contribute and guide KMHL’s strategic, commercial, and policy direction
- Risk Mitigation: Develop and implement best practice solutions and minimise risks.
Requirements:
- Post Graduate qualifications in Accounting and/or Economics (preferably MBA).
- Tertiary qualifications in Mining Engineering or Geology.
- 10+ years experience in senior executive management in mining/resources in PNG /or Internationally
