Brian Bell Group is seeking applications from qualified professionals for the role of Assistant Recruitment Manager.
Reporting to the Recruitment Manager, the successful incumbent will oversee the hiring process, implement recruiting procedures, supervise the recruitment team and ensure compliance with labour laws additionally attracting and hiring the best candidates to meet BBG’s current and future needs.
Responsibilities
- Supervise the recruiting team and report on its performance
- Keep track of recruiting metrics (i.e., time-to-fill and cost per hire)
- Implement new sourcing methods
Requirements
- Bachelors’ degree in Human Resources, Psychology, communications, or a field related to recruitment or data analytics
- 3 – 5 years’ experience
- Strong background in resource pipeline management
