The 2018 PNG Real Estate Show concluded on June 2 with accolades from the 8000 plus attendees and exhibitioners alike! Hausples.com.pg is proud to have organised a highly successful show for the second year running.  

Tom Snelling, General Manager of Hausples.com.pg, stated that, “The show was created so that residents, expats and corporate customers could conveniently access information relevant to each of their circumstances under one roof; while providing an avenue for experts in the real estate industry to network and lift trade standards.” 

There were over 40 exhibitions from the industry’s prime contacts: builders and construction firms, property developers, real estate agencies, banks, super fund managers, insurance firms, home furnishing companies and other premier product and service providers in the country.

This year the booths took all the indoor complex’s floor space with the addition of the diamond and platinum booths which featured a larger floor area, giving attendees the opportunity to walk in and conveniently speak with exhibitors at conference tables and couches.

 “Adjustments were made for a better experience this year, like the segregation of the seminar area, additional caterers and a larger creche for children,” said Snelling. “But we also made a point to maintain things that worked well.”

The seminars and panel discussions which provided over 100 seats were held in the quiet environment of the stadium foyer. Five catering stalls were also included this year which thrilled many attendees with free samples of chocolate.

Financial and insurance institutions were available to give current balances, open/adjust accounts when required and delighted visitors with their merchandise such as piggy and house banks and bags.

Property developers, home builders and real estate agents who are the prominent faces of the real estate profession had strong traffic from individuals and corporate clients. These companies increased the visibility of their products and services and agencies, and even encountered walk-in clients signing lease and purchase agreements.

Specific technological expertise about security systems, water filtration, waste management, energy options and telecommunications were explained and displayed at length with the aid of flat screens provided.
